- Have a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- A current driver’s licence
- Demonstrate a client centric focus

A Property Manager will generally manage a portfolio of properties usually within a specified area, not far from one another. A Property Manager is responsible for pretty much everything related to the management of the investment property.
Due to Leah Jay focusing 100% on property management, Property Managers are supported by other staff such as an Investment Services Team, New Business Team, Leasing Team, Administration & Marketing.
There are a few pathways to becoming a property manager. One of the most common ways is to assume a reception or Leasing Consultant role and then progress to a property associates’ role. Usually, this involves working with an experienced property manager for a period of time, whilst you learn the role and receive training.
