Following the latest Government announcement regarding COVID-19 and our ongoing commitment to protect the health and safety of our team and the broader community, we have made changes to our business operations.
Inspecting Properties For Lease
We will no longer be conducting ‘open home’ inspections. However, virtual video inspections will be made available for each advertised property, as well as a limited number of 1-on-1 appointments, during which our team will be taking all necessary precautions.
All applications must be completed via our online system. No paper applications will be accepted. If you have any issues applying online, please call us and we can assist you.
All routine inspections have now been cancelled. We will look to recommence these in early May, ensuring we adhere to the appropriate advice at the time.
Visiting our office
We are still operating. However, from Friday, 27 March 2020, our offices will have minimal staff to attend ONLY to people collecting or returning keys, as well as signing Centrelink Rent Certificates. This will be done by pre-arranged appointment only.
The majority of our team will be working from home and we ask that you do not come to our offices. If you need to contact your Property Manager, please do so via phone or email.
If you normally come into our offices to pay rent, this option will no longer be available. You will need to either post a cheque, or arrange payment through DEFT/Internet banking. DEFT arrangements can be put in place quickly for you – please speak with your Property Manager if you need assistance.
If your situation has changed recently due to COVID-19, please contact your Property Manager as soon as possible so we are able to work through options with you.
